What This Role Involves
This position involves handling customer care order placement inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for accurately processing orders, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to customers.
Core Duties
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order placements.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in mandatory new hire training during Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm EST.
- After completing training, participate in a shift bid to determine your schedule based on business needs.
- Work flexible hours between 8:00am-9:00pm EST and may include Saturday hours.

We are seeking candidates who have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with order processing or similar roles is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
