What You'll Do
- Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, entity formation, and operational matters for privately held enterprises

- Guide clients through securities compliance, regulatory requirements, and business structuring decisions

- Develop and maintain relationships with established clients, understanding their long-term business objectives
What You Bring
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school with active bar admission in Illinois or ability to obtain admission
- 5+ years of corporate law experience, with demonstrated expertise in business transactions and corporate counsel
- Strong background working with private companies and understanding their operational needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly
- Professional judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering practical solutions
- Track record of building client relationships and managing matters independently (for Partner-level candidates)
