What This Role Involves
As a Contracts Manager at Bravo, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the legal integrity and compliance of all our contracts. You’ll be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts to align with our business goals and regulatory requirements. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and review complex contracts with various stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and legal counsel.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards, and align with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain a robust contract management system to track and update contract statuses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and ensure contract terms are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Conduct regular contract reviews and renewals to optimize our contractual relationships and reduce risks.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal background.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation strategies, and legal compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and manage relationships with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in contract management software and strong organizational skills.
