Contract: Project Manager (Offshore – India)

Qellus is hiring for the Contract: Project Manager (Offshore - India) role as a fully remote position in India, offering experienced professionals the chance to drive technology delivery for client programmes.

Role Overview

This 12-month temporary contract, which can begin at the earliest opportunity and may extend to further client assignments, calls for an accomplished project leader based remotely in India. You will take full ownership of client-facing OpenText and enterprise technology programmes across the entire cycle from kickoff and planning through implementation, deployment, and closure. The work centres on active delivery leadership rather than simple coordination tasks. Strong interpersonal abilities are essential so you can guide client sessions, advance critical choices, handle sensitive exchanges, and keep internal colleagues, customers, and outside suppliers answerable for their pledges. Because most engagements serve North American clients, regular availability that coincides with that region’s business day is mandatory, with only infrequent support needed for clients elsewhere. The schedule is part-time and entails three hours each week, Monday to Friday between 8 am and 12 noon US Central Time, with modest flexibility according to individual customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Steer OpenText and enterprise technology projects for clients through every stage from launch to successful completion and handover
• Lead client meetings that generate progress, secure decisions, and maintain momentum
• Address complex or sensitive conversations while ensuring constructive outcomes for all parties
• Secure commitment and timely delivery from internal teams, clients, and vendors alike
• Provide consistent overlap with North American working hours and occasional coverage for other regions when required
• Adjust the core three-hour weekly part-time slots within the stated US Central Time window to meet evolving customer demands

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a senior project manager successfully delivering client-facing OpenText and wider enterprise technology initiatives
• Excellent communication strengths that enable confident leadership of meetings, decision-making, and accountability conversations
• Proven capacity to hold cross-functional teams, customers, and external partners responsible for agreed outcomes
• Must operate remotely from a base in India and maintain readiness for the specified part-time North American time-zone alignment
• Comfort with a flexible yet core three-hour weekly commitment, Monday through Friday, based around the outlined US Central Time window
