About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise software organization in their search for a Consulting Services Account Specialist. This is a remote position within the United States, requiring frequent travel to meet with customers in your designated territory.

In this role, you will manage the complete services business lifecycle—from pre-sales through program delivery. You'll collaborate with sales teams to guide opportunities from qualification through close, prepare compelling proposals that address technical and business requirements, and ensure delivery teams are positioned for success. Our client provides a tailored enablement path to help you excel in this position.

Responsibilities

• Grow and diversify your assigned territory while achieving bookings and revenue goals
• Provide accurate bookings and revenue forecasts consistently
• Manage bookings and revenue across all service practices while meeting margin and utilization targets
• Design and implement complex, high-impact solutions in collaboration with technical teams
• Lead value-focused sales cycles that deliver measurable customer outcomes
• Ensure successful program delivery and communicate achieved value to customers
• Negotiate master services agreements and statements of work with customers and legal teams
• Handle escalations independently and resolve issues effectively
• Guide strategic sales efforts aligned to multi-quarter goals in key accounts
• Act as a trusted advisor with senior customer relationships
• Lead proposal strategy, value articulation, and technical coordination for complex deals
• Coordinate across delivery, architecture, and product teams for long-term account planning
• Analyze territory trends to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities
• Mentor early-career services account specialists

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in internal or external sales
• Knowledge of technical or business consulting practices
• Demonstrated project delivery experience
• Strong people management capabilities
• Experience with agile methodologies within project teams
• Knowledge of application development and cloud solutions creation and delivery
• Ability to architect complex solutions using multiple products and technologies
• Experience speaking at public conferences and industry meetups
• Track record of building deep relationships with senior customer leaders
• Ability to travel frequently to meet customers in your territory
