About the Role

We're seeking experienced construction labor to join our fast-paced team assembling and installing temporary seating, staging, and structural systems at high-profile sporting venues. This is a hands-on, full-time position where precision, safety, and teamwork directly impact event success.

What You'll Do

• Assemble, install, and configure temporary seating, platforms, and structural components according to design specifications
• Collaborate with crew leads and other team members to meet tight installation and breakdown schedules
• Perform site preparation, equipment positioning, and load-out activities
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards during construction and event execution
• Inspect structures and components for quality and structural integrity before event activation
• Support teardown and removal of temporary infrastructure post-event

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in construction labor, scaffolding assembly, or live event infrastructure
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and work at heights safely and consistently
• Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with varying weather conditions
• Demonstrated commitment to jobsite safety and adherence to safety standards
• Ability to follow detailed plans and specifications
• Flexibility to accommodate event schedules and occasional early starts or extended hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
