About the Role
As a Senior Living Caregiver, you'll provide direct support to residents during critical evening hours, combining your medical training with genuine care. Your work will help seniors maintain independence, comfort, and quality of life while fostering an atmosphere that celebrates their individuality.
What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and hygiene support
- Monitor vital signs and record health information using your CMA and CMT skills
- Support medication management and basic clinical tasks within your scope of practice
- Respond to resident needs with professionalism and warmth
- Document observations and communicate changes to the nursing team
- Collaborate with staff to support residents' wellness goals and preferences
- Contribute to a safe, respectful care environment throughout your shift
What We're Looking For
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Certified Medical Technician (CMT) credentials
- Genuine passion for working with seniors and supporting their health journey
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to provide hands-on assistance with resident care
- Reliability, integrity, and a commitment to resident-centered care
- Ability to respect individual preferences and work effectively in a team environment
