This Construction Manager position focuses on conventional generation power plant construction and development. You will lead project execution, coordinate complex construction activities, and ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective delivery across Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, and Oklahoma project sites. This role is ideal for someone who thrives managing large-scale industrial construction initiatives and wants to contribute to America's energy infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Direct day-to-day construction activities and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress against timelines and specifications, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, environmental regulations, and company protocols
• Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain seamless project flow
• Conduct site inspections, quality reviews, and document project milestones
• Manage construction documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Lead incident response and continuous improvement initiatives on job sites

What We're Looking For

• Proven construction management experience with conventional power generation or similar heavy industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and site safety protocols
• Excellent project planning, scheduling, and cost control capabilities
• Leadership experience managing teams and coordinating with multiple contractors
• Ability to read plans, interpret specifications, and solve construction challenges
• Communication skills to work effectively with engineers, regulators, and project stakeholders
• Relevant credentials such as a construction management degree or equivalent field experience preferred
