About the Role

This is a remote, full-time opportunity in Australia for an ambitious professional eager to launch a career in technology sales and cybersecurity. As an Associate Account Director at Recorded Future, you'll partner with seasoned colleagues to nurture existing client relationships, win new business, and connect customers with intelligence solutions that disrupt their adversaries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support account management by spotting upsell, renewal, and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts and logging them accurately in Salesforce.
  • Help prospect and engage new clients, matching their cybersecurity priorities to Recorded Future's offerings.
  • Contribute to solution demonstrations and sales presentations, building your ability to articulate product value to prospects.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors, Customer Success, and channel partners to expand the pipeline and ensure clients realize full value.
  • Assist with crafting proposals, navigating negotiations, and closing deals while keeping forecasts and opportunity records current.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field, ideally within technology or cybersecurity.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for cybersecurity and sales, paired with a drive to keep learning and growing.
  • Clear, confident communication skills for engaging both customers and internal teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational habits.
  • Comfort working across multiple priorities while staying detail-focused and collaborative.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; willingness to travel up to 20% if needed.
