Community Manager – Mt. Lebanon of Cedars

Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a skilled Community Manager to lead operations at Mt. Lebanon of Cedars in Louisville, Jefferson County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to oversee all aspects of property management while building strong relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders.

Position Summary

As Community Manager, you'll take charge of daily property operations and ensure that Mt. Lebanon of Cedars runs smoothly and meets all regulatory standards. This role demands leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining excellent relationships across all levels of the community. You'll report directly to Hayes Gibson Property Services leadership and serve as the primary point of contact for property matters.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the residential community, including maintenance scheduling and vendor coordination
• Manage budgets, financial records, and accounting functions to ensure fiscal responsibility
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations applicable to residential communities
• Lead and supervise property staff to ensure quality service and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and fostering community engagement
• Coordinate with corporate personnel, government officials, and external partners on regulatory and administrative matters
• Prepare reports, documentation, and communications for stakeholders and regulatory review
• Manage vendor relationships and contract performance to maintain quality standards

• Proven experience in property management, community management, or a related supervisory role
