About the Role

This is a full-time field position serving on-site survey and inspection assignments throughout the Fort Scott, Kansas area and surrounding communities within roughly a 45-mile radius. As an independent contractor, you'll work from your own home or office, managing your schedule while meeting EXL's standards for quality and turnaround. The role suits organized, dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and engaging directly with policyholders and business owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site commercial insurance inspections and risk control surveys at client locations in and around Fort Scott, Bourbon County.
• Travel to assignment sites within approximately 45 miles of Fort Scott, KS.
• Document property conditions and survey findings accurately for insurance carrier clients.
• Meet client expectations for report quality and timely completion of every assignment.
• Communicate professionally with insureds, agents, and EXL coordinators throughout each engagement.
