Role Overview

As Client Manager Associate for our Premier Market team, you'll own the relationship experience for business in the 2-99 employee group life segment. Your primary responsibility is to be the trusted voice connecting our clients to Guardian Life's solutions—managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring clients feel valued at every interaction. You'll report to our Premier Market Accounts Team and drive measurable results in client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts within the Premier Market 2-99 life segment
• Proactively manage client relationships to support retention and identify expansion opportunities
• Coordinate client requests, product questions, and service needs with internal teams
• Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth and profitability
• Monitor client satisfaction and respond promptly to concerns or feedback
• Contribute to Premier Market team goals and collaborate on market initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in account management, client services, or related business development role
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted client relationships
• Organized, detail-oriented mindset with ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Familiarity with group insurance, employee benefits, or corporate benefits markets preferred
• Problem-solving orientation and commitment to client success
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
