Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR dry van routes
- Average roughly 2,000 miles per week as a solo driver
- Transport 100% no-touch freight on time and in good condition
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, hours-of-service rules, and company safety standards
- Complete required pre-trip and post-trip inspections and accurate logs
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
- 1-5 months of verifiable recent OTR driving experience required
- Willingness to run extended OTR cycles (approximately 28 days out, 5 days home)
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe, professional operation
Pay & Benefits
- Earnings of 52-56 CPM, based on your experience level
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Top 20% of OTR drivers earn $1,500 weekly
