Responsibilities

• Manage travel insurance claims end to end, from first notification through settlement
• Communicate clearly with policyholders throughout the claims process, ensuring a positive experience
• Review documentation, verify policy coverage, and assess liability with accuracy
• Set appropriate reserves and manage claims within your delegated authority
• Identify potential fraud indicators and escalate according to protocol
• Maintain comprehensive claims records for audit and compliance purposes
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel, IPMI, or Medical Assistance claims handling
• APA or CIP qualification required
• Based in the UK or Ireland with valid work authorization
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize independently
• Comfortable using data to inform decision-making
• Team-oriented mindset with ambition to develop your career
• Preferred: Fluency in Spanish or Italian
• Preferred: Experience in startup or high-growth environments
• Preferred: Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching others
