Chief of Staff to the Founder

Pixi Beauty, the acclaimed skincare brand founded in 1999 at our Soho, London boutique, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Founder for our Oxford Circus, Central London headquarters. This is a full-time position supporting our founder and leadership team to drive strategy and operational excellence.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff to the Founder, you will be the strategic partner at the heart of Pixi Beauty's leadership. Reporting directly to the founder, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, orchestrating cross-functional initiatives that advance business growth whilst maintaining our commitment to pure, effective skincare. This role bridges company vision with operational delivery, supporting high-level decision-making and ensuring strategic priorities translate into measurable results across our global organisation.

Core Duties

• Provide strategic counsel to the founder on business opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning
• Coordinate initiatives across departments to align execution with company objectives and brand vision
• Lead special projects from conception through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder engagement
• Prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and senior stakeholder communications
• Monitor key performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights for leadership
• Nurture relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key markets supporting international growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years' experience in executive support, strategy, or operations roles, ideally in retail, beauty, or consumer goods
• Exceptional organisational ability and clear communication skills—managing competing priorities with calm and clarity
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify connections between teams and uncover growth opportunities
• Comfort with business tools, data analysis, and reporting (spreadsheets, dashboards, basic analytics)
• Proven track record building strong relationships and influencing across organisational boundaries
• Genuine passion for skincare and beauty, with real understanding of Pixi Beauty's values and mission
