Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology incubator in Paris seeking a Business Development Manager for a 36-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will:

• Provide strategic counsel and ongoing support to entrepreneurs and startup founders throughout their incubation journey
• Design, launch, and manage accelerator programs and networking events for the startup community
• Maintain activity tracking, portfolio monitoring, and prepare regular reports on incubator performance
• Cultivate and animate the incubator's network of mentors, investors, corporate partners, and alumni

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with proven experience in innovation financing, startup acceleration, or operational roles within early-stage companies. The ideal candidate brings:

• Deep expertise in company formation including business model development, fundraising strategies, team building, and navigating public support mechanisms
• Strong knowledge of the French entrepreneurial ecosystem and startup landscape
• Passion for helping digital and technology ventures launch and scale successfully
• Excellent relationship management and coaching skills
• Fluency in French (required for this Paris-based role)

Contract Terms and Benefits

This is a 36-month fixed-term contract (CDD) based in Paris 14th arrondissement. The position offers flexible working arrangements including one remote day per week, 49 days annual leave (vacation plus RTT), 75% public transport reimbursement, and flexible hours depending on activity needs. The role involves work at two locations in Paris.

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process and is competitive with the incubator sector in France.
