Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on assigned regional routes
- Transport inventory between Dollar General distribution centers and retail store locations
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain detailed driving logs
- Meet delivery schedules while adhering to DOT regulations and safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch and warehouse teams to coordinate efficient load and unload operations
- Maintain accurate records of miles, fuel, and vehicle maintenance
What You Bring
- Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record
- Professional experience operating Class A commercial vehicles, regional or over-the-road
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
