About the Role
As a Part Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Achievements ABA Therapy in the Rankin area of Guilford County, you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and their families. Working within a warm, team-oriented setting, you'll put individualized treatment plans into action and become a trusted presence in each client's day-to-day progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, individualized ABA therapy to children following plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Track and document behavior data accurately during every session to support data-driven decisions.
- Apply positive behavior strategies that encourage communication, social, and daily-living skills.
- Partner closely with supervising clinicians and family members to keep care consistent and effective.
- Maintain a safe, encouraging, and supportive learning space for each child.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or eligibility and willingness to obtain it.
