Nous représentons un client confidentiel du secteur de la mode basé à Paris qui recherche un(e) Chargé(e) Service Client trilingue (Français / Anglais / Italien) pour un CDD de 3 mois à temps partiel.
Ce poste à 24 heures par semaine (3 jours: lundi, mardi et samedi) est basé dans le 7ème arrondissement avec un jour de télétravail hebdomadaire. Début souhaité mi-octobre.
Responsabilités
- Répondre aux demandes des clients via email, WhatsApp et appels sortants
- Traiter les réclamations et litiges avec professionnalisme
- Fournir des informations détaillées sur les produits (caractéristiques, disponibilités, réservations)
- Communiquer sur les procédures d'achat, retour et échange, assurer le suivi
- Adopter une démarche proactive orientée satisfaction client
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser l'expérience client
- Atteindre les objectifs quotidiens dans un environnement collaboratif
À noter: Ce poste nécessite une disponibilité le samedi.
