Nous représentons un client confidentiel dans le secteur de la mode en ligne, actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) Chargé(e) Service Client trilingue (Français/Anglais/Espagnol) en CDD de 3 mois à temps partiel.
Ce poste est basé à Paris (7ème arrondissement) avec un jour de télétravail par semaine. Le contrat prévoit 3 jours de travail par semaine (24 heures), avec des horaires incluant le samedi.
Responsabilités
- Répondre aux demandes clients via email, WhatsApp et appels téléphoniques sortants
- Adopter une démarche proactive orientée service client
- Traiter les réclamations et litiges avec empathie et professionnalisme
- Fournir des informations produits détaillées (caractéristiques, disponibilités, réservations)
- Communiquer sur les procédures d'achat, retour et échange
- Assurer le suivi des demandes clients
- Proposer des améliorations pour optimiser l'expérience client
