Position Summary

At Bluesight, our mission is to create groundbreaking solutions that increase efficiency, safety and visibility for health systems, hospital pharmacy, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. We empower our customers to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time. As a Business Development Representative, you will work closely with sales team members and marketing to develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. This is a full-time, remote position.

Core Duties

  • Drive revenue results through lead generation and new opportunity creation
  • Collaborate with prospective clients in hospital pharmacy and compliance leadership roles
  • Educate and establish value-based customer relationships
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue business opportunities
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights on market trends and client needs

Qualifications

  • Passion for educating and establishing value-based customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the healthcare industry
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered
