Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement clinical strategy initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategic goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead the development of clinical best practices and guidelines for our customers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
What You Bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare IT, preferably in a leadership role within clinical operations or strategy.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of health systems, hospital pharmacy, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards.
