FNBO is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and team leadership for two banking branches in the Lenexa area. In this part-time role, you'll balance operational priorities with strategic branch management, ensuring both locations deliver exceptional service and achieve performance targets. Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor branch staff, fostering a high-performing, customer-focused team
• Manage day-to-day operations, including cash handling, deposit processing, and transaction accuracy
• Lead sales initiatives and customer relationship strategies to drive revenue and retention
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain internal controls across both locations
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and operational efficiency metrics
• Build and maintain strong community relationships and banking partnerships in Lenexa and Johnson County
