About the Role
As a Branch Leader at Truist in Bonita Springs, you'll oversee daily branch operations, manage relationships with both customers and team members, and contribute to your community while meeting company objectives. What We're Looking For
- Proven banking or financial services leadership experience, typically 3+ years in a branch management or equivalent role
- Strong sales and relationship-building abilities with demonstrated success growing business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Knowledge of banking products, services, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate company goals into actionable branch initiatives
