Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant

Dutech Systems is hiring a full-time Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant in Quincy, Norfolk County, Massachusetts. We're looking for someone fluent in Spanish and English who can provide essential administrative support while helping us serve families and advance our early education and care initiatives across Massachusetts.

About the Role

As Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant at Dutech Systems, you'll manage crucial day-to-day office operations while serving as a vital communication bridge between our team, families, and community partners. This in-person role in Quincy puts you at the center of our efforts to coordinate quality early education and care services throughout the state. You'll combine traditional administrative expertise with bilingual capabilities to keep our programs running smoothly and ensure every family receives support in their preferred language.

What You'll Do

• Manage administrative and clerical responsibilities, including scheduling, data entry, records management, and document preparation
• Provide professional bilingual support in Spanish and English to families, partners, staff, and visitors
• Coordinate program logistics and maintain accurate documentation for early education services
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in both Spanish and English
• Support community outreach, events, and family engagement initiatives
• Organize and maintain office systems, supplies, equipment, and filing procedures
• Assist with translation of key documents and materials when needed
• Complete other administrative duties that support organizational effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both spoken and written Spanish and English
• Demonstrated experience in administrative, office support, or similar professional environments
• Outstanding organizational abilities and attention to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills — tactful, clear, and professional across all interactions
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, email systems, and standard computer applications
• Ability to work reliably in-person at our Quincy, Norfolk County location
• Genuine interest in early education and care and commitment to family-centered service
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
