About the Role
As a Sergeant Transferee - Patrol with Avon and Somerset Police, you will supervise and inspire a team of officers delivering responsive, community-focused policing across Ohio, US. This is a full-time, on-site position suited to a serving Sergeant ready to bring their leadership skills to a values-driven force.

- Proven leadership skills, including counselling, guiding and developing colleagues.
