About the Role
USA Clinics Group is building the nation's largest network of specialized outpatient centers focused on vein, fibroid, vascular, and prostate care. As a part-time Bilingual Medical Assistant in Fort Myers, you'll be a key member of our clinical team, directly contributing to exceptional patient experiences while supporting our physicians in delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care.
What You'll Do
- Assist physicians and clinical staff during patient examinations and minimally invasive procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinic standards
- Take patient vital signs, record medical histories, and document clinical information accurately
- Provide patient education and support in both English and Spanish, ensuring clear communication and patient comfort
- Schedule appointments, manage patient intake, and handle administrative tasks
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of all patient information
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
