What You'll Do

• Perform thorough risk and needs assessments for individuals presenting in behavioral health crisis

What We're Looking For

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field
• Current independent clinical license appropriate to practice as a therapist

• Proficiency with suicide risk evaluation, trauma-informed practices, and crisis stabilization tools
• Strong interpersonal skills that convey calm, respect, and cultural sensitivity under pressure
