Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain configurations within the Epic Willow inpatient pharmacy module to match operational needs
• Evaluate medication-related workflows, recommend enhancements, and document build decisions for audit readiness
• Partner with multidisciplinary groups during upgrades, new feature rollouts, and integration projects
• Investigate and resolve system incidents affecting electronic ordering, verification, or dispensing accuracy
• Create user guides and conduct training sessions so pharmacy staff can use EMR tools confidently
• Monitor performance metrics and regulatory alignment for all Willow-supported processes

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated pharmacist background with Epic Willow application experience strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of inpatient pharmacy operations and how they map to electronic medical record functions
• Ability to translate clinical requirements into precise system specifications while working fully remote
• Excellent analytical skills for complex troubleshooting and process redesign
