Behavior Technician (Bachelor’s Degree Required)

Coyne and Associates, a dedicated provider of behavioral health services in Huntington Park, Los Angeles County, is hiring a full-time Behavior Technician (Bachelor's Degree Required) to support children in our community and help them achieve meaningful progress in their development and behavior.

Role Overview

As a Behavior Technician with a bachelor's degree, you'll work directly with children under the supervision of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This role combines hands-on skill-building and behavioral support in a close-knit team environment where your contributions genuinely impact individual children's lives. No formal experience in behavioral health is necessary—we invest in training and mentorship from experienced BCBAs who are committed to your professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed by our clinical team
• Provide direct support and behavioral coaching to children in clinical and community settings
• Track and document client progress using our data collection systems
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to refine intervention strategies based on observed outcomes
• Maintain a safe, supportive environment that encourages skill development and positive behavior

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (required) in any field
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and clinical staff
