Role Overview

As a Line Cook at Boqueria, you'll occupy a central position in our kitchen, preparing fresh, carefully sourced ingredients into the dishes our guests anticipate with each visit. You'll work alongside experienced cooks to execute our menu with precision and care. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute cooking techniques at your assigned station with consistent quality and speed
• Maintain exacting standards for ingredient quality, food safety, and plating presentation
• Coordinate effectively with teammates during service to keep kitchen flow on track
• Keep your station organized and sanitized according to health and safety protocols
• Support the broader kitchen team and proactively contribute to smoother operations
