BDR | SMB | French Market (Paris)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential legal-tech organization expanding its commercial team in Paris. As a Business Development Representative focused on the French SMB market, you will:

• Master the product and become its strongest advocate in the field
• Identify and target accounts, map decision-makers, and build a qualified pipeline for Account Executives
• Generate opportunities through high-volume cold calling (80–120 calls daily), multichannel sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn), and social selling
• Qualify and process inbound leads, which are fewer in volume but carry high value
• Meet activity and opportunity-creation targets with rigorous CRM discipline (HubSpot)

What We're Looking For

• 6–12 months of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience, or a proven track record as a top-performing SDR; the role remains open to early-career profiles with energy, discipline, and commercial drive
• Resilience in handling rejection, adaptability in messaging, and ability to sustain high activity levels
• Proficiency with prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Lemlist, or equivalent platforms
• Native French speaker with fluent English (B2 minimum) for cross-functional collaboration
• Results-oriented, coachable, and genuinely interested in AI applications

Pay

The on-target earnings structure is €50,000: €38,000 base salary plus €12,000 uncapped variable compensation. Additional benefits include equity, comprehensive health coverage, meal vouchers, transportation subsidies, wellness programs, and an international mobility week annually.
