Association General Manager

The Opportunity

Vesta Property Services, a cornerstone of Florida's community management industry for over 25 years, is seeking a dedicated Association General Manager to oversee residential community operations in Villano Beach. Lead one of the 800+ managed communities across the state while working for a company that has earned recognition as one of Florida's Top Workplaces and employs over 1,000 dedicated associates. As a key member of our management team, you'll ensure exceptional resident experiences, maintain property standards, and deliver the operational excellence Vesta's communities expect.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day community operations and coordinate vendor services
• Oversee budget preparation, financial management, and reserve fund administration
• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development
• Facilitate board meetings, document minutes, and ensure governance compliance
• Manage resident communications, address concerns, and maintain community relations
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, inspections, and facility improvements
• Enforce community governing documents and ensure adherence to regulations
• Plan and oversee community events and resident engagement activities

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing residential communities or multi-family properties
• Proficiency with community management software and financial systems
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of HOA law, community governance, and Florida statutes
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
• Professional demeanor and commitment to resident satisfaction
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
