Associate Services Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization in their search for an Associate Services Architect. This is a content-focused technical role where you'll be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining technical materials for the Professional Services portfolio. You'll work under the mentorship of senior architects to design consulting service offerings, training content, and enablement materials while helping keep existing courses and labs current as products evolve.

This position is ideal for someone with foundational security experience who wants to blend technical knowledge with content development skills. You'll absorb routine maintenance and Tier-1 support work, allowing senior team members to focus on strategic initiatives while you build your expertise in a structured, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, draft, and update consulting service offerings, enablement content, educational materials, and technical presentations
• Own maintenance and refresh cycles for existing training courses and lab environments as products evolve
• Create collateral for new offerings and evaluate existing content for accuracy and relevance
• Deliver pre-production training sessions to evaluate product suitability and gather feedback
• Create live demonstration recordings for the product suite
• Perform content reviews with peers across Services, Technical Support, Customer Success, and Product Management
• Review and validate updated course materials and lab environments for technical accuracy before release
• Participate in review and validation of new consulting service offerings
• Provide first-line responses to customer escalations on assigned courses, triaging routine issues
• Engage with customers and partners to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
• Independently manage assigned projects on schedule, escalating risks early
• Stay current on corporate strategy, product roadmaps, and emerging security industry trends

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Information Security, or equivalent training/education/services background
• Some exposure to vulnerability management concepts
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP networking
• Foundational understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work remotely in a self-directed manner as part of a geographically distributed team
• B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Beneficial but not required:

• Experience in technical writing, instructional design, or training delivery
• Prior experience in professional services or consulting environments
• Familiarity with security assessment tools
• Exposure to web application security, container security, or cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
