Position Summary

The Ounce of Prevention Fund is seeking a dynamic and committed Associate to join our team dedicated to early childhood development. This full-time position will support the foundation relations efforts aimed at securing grants and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with potential funders
• Prepare grant proposals and reports as needed
• Conduct research on funding opportunities and trends in the field of early childhood development
• Attend networking events and conferences to expand the organization's visibility and partnerships
• Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as education, social work, or non-profit management
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in foundation relations, grant writing, or related fields
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with grant proposal development and reporting processes
