About This Position

As Associate Director, Product Management at Spgi in London, UK, you will take ownership of product strategy while ensuring alignment with broader business priorities.   • Coordinate with finance and operations stakeholders to model business cases and track product performance metrics
  • Mentor product managers, establish best practices and foster a culture of data-informed decision making
  • Represent the product organisation in leadership forums, presenting progress against key results and proposing course corrections
  • Monitor industry developments and competitive activity, ensuring the product portfolio stays relevant and differentiated

Qualifications

  • Substantial product management experience, ideally including leadership of complex digital or service products
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy, influence senior stakeholders and deliver results through matrixed teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in using quantitative and qualitative data to guide prioritisation
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating vision, writing clear requirements and facilitating workshops
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as business, computer science or a related field; further study is advantageous
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methods and modern product tooling
  • Track record of mentoring junior product talent and raising the standard of product practice
