What This Role Involves
As Associate Director, Product Management (Enterprise Solutions) at Spgi in 2 Locations, you will own the long-term product direction for enterprise offerings. The Associate Director, Product Management (Enterprise Solutions) position blends market-facing judgment with internal alignment so that every release advances both customer outcomes and Spgi goals. Day-to-day work centers on turning complex enterprise needs into clear roadmaps while guiding teams through prioritization, validation, and launch readiness.
Core Duties
- Craft and maintain multi-year product strategies and roadmaps tailored to enterprise solutions
- Translate customer feedback, market signals, and competitive insights into actionable feature priorities
- Coordinate tightly with engineering, design, sales, and support groups throughout discovery, build, and rollout phases
- Establish success metrics, track adoption and performance data, and refine offerings based on results
- Lead product reviews and executive updates that keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Coach product managers and contribute to team culture around enterprise product excellence
- Identify empty white space in existing portfolios and advance new enterprise solution concepts
