About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate all ART events including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Track and communicate program risks, dependencies, and impediments so they are resolved promptly.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on SAFe principles, Lean-Agile practices, and effective collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement through actionable retrospectives and metrics that highlight bottlenecks.
• Coordinate release readiness, participate in architectural discussions, and ensure value streams stay synchronized.
• Act as the primary escalation point for the train and foster an environment of psychological safety and transparency.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Release Train Engineer, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Programme Manager leading multi-team efforts.
• Deep practical knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and hands-on experience running ART ceremonies.
• Strong facilitation, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to analyse programme-level metrics and convert insights into concrete improvement actions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; fluency that supports work in Islamabad, PK.
• Relevant certifications (SAFe RTE, SPC, or CSM) are highly desirable.
