Core Duties

• Support the leadership team in managing team scheduling, training, and professional development
• Execute daily store operations including opening, closing, and shift management
• Maintain customer service excellence and address concerns promptly and professionally
• Oversee visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
• Manage point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
• Identify high-potential team members and support their career growth
• Help achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance metrics
