Brand Rep

Standoutforgood is hiring a Brand Rep to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll represent our brand directly to customers and communities.

The Opportunity

As a Brand Rep for Standoutforgood in Indianapolis, you'll be the face of our brand, driving awareness and connection with customers who share our values. This role puts you at the heart of our mission—you'll engage people face-to-face, tell our story authentically, and inspire them to join the Standoutforgood community. Working full-time in an Indianapolis location, you'll grow your skills in customer relations, brand advocacy, and sales while making a direct impact on how people experience Standoutforgood.

Core Duties

• Represent Standoutforgood brand values and product range to customers in assigned locations
• Build relationships with customers through genuine conversations about our offerings
• Provide product information, demonstrations, and recommendations tailored to customer needs
• Engage in promotional activities and events to increase brand visibility and loyalty
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold brand standards in all customer interactions
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement
• Support sales goals and contribute to a positive brand experience
