About the Role

This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in the residential property management landscape of Ventura. Working alongside our property management team, you'll gain hands-on experience in lease administration, resident services, maintenance coordination, and operations support. What You'll Do

• Assist with lease execution, renewals, and resident documentation
• Support resident relations and respond to service requests in a timely manner
• Coordinate with maintenance teams on property upkeep and repairs
• Help prepare move-in and move-out inspections and documentation
• Assist with rent collection follow-up and tenant communication
• Support financial reporting and property accounting functions
• Conduct routine property inspections and document findings
• Help maintain compliance with property management policies and regulations

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $26 per hour.
