As a Financial Solutions Advisor at this Livingston location, you'll partner with clients to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions. You'll build lasting client relationships in our Northfield branch while contributing to our commitment to responsible growth and inclusive financial access in the Livingston, Livingston Parish community.

What You'll Do

• Assess client financial situations and objectives to recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Open accounts, process applications, and guide clients through account onboarding
• Educate clients on checking, savings, credit, lending, and investment options
• Identify and communicate product benefits that address individual customer needs
• Maintain compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
• Build client portfolios through relationship development and consultative engagement
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Bank of America professionally

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences
• Customer service experience in banking, sales, or related financial field
• Proficiency with banking systems and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to obtain banking licenses and certifications as required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and collaborative work approach
