About the Role
As a Lease-Up Leasing Consultant with Avenue5 Residential in Tigard, you'll be at the heart of an exciting new-construction lease-up, guiding prospective residents from their very first inquiry through move-in day. This on-site position is ideal for an energetic, people-focused professional who thrives on hitting occupancy goals and delivering a standout customer experience in a fast-paced property management setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome prospects, lead tours of available homes and amenities, and showcase the value of the community
- Follow up promptly on leads, applications, and inquiries to drive new lease activity during the lease-up phase
- Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure accurate, compliant documentation
- Build genuine relationships with current and future residents to support retention and renewals
- Partner with the on-site team to meet leasing targets and occupancy milestones
- Keep marketing materials, model units, and the leasing office presentation-ready
Qualifications
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred, ideally within residential property management
- Strong communication skills with a warm, professional, and persuasive approach
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple prospects
- Comfortable working on-site in Tigard, Washington County, with availability that may include weekends
- Familiarity with leasing or property management software is a plus
