Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a full-time maintenance professional to maintain our residential properties and ensure every resident has a safe, comfortable home. About the Role

In this Tuesday through Saturday position, you'll be responsible for the daily upkeep and repair of residential units and common areas. Compensation is $23 to $24 per hour, plus a 20% housing discount—a direct benefit that recognizes your contribution to our team.

What You'll Do

• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and communicate with property management
• Perform preventive maintenance to prevent problems and keep building systems functional
• Execute repairs on residential units, common areas, and property infrastructure
• Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
• Follow all safety and building code requirements
• Coordinate with contractors and external vendors when specialized work is needed
