About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager with Avenue5 Residential in Lewisville, you will own the day-to-day success of your assigned property. You'll balance the needs of residents, owners, and clients while mentoring your on-site team and setting the standard for service, accountability, and results. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Denton County.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations.
• Lead, coach, and develop on-site staff to deliver outstanding service and meet performance goals.
• Oversee budgets, monitor financial performance, and pursue revenue and occupancy targets.

Qualifications
