What You'll Do
- Develop compelling visual concepts and brand directions rooted in strategic insight
- Art direct and oversee design executions across print, digital, video, and environmental mediums
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, and designers to ensure cohesive, impactful creative work
- Present concepts and design rationale to clients, defending creative choices with strategic clarity
- Mentor and guide junior designers and emerging creative talent
- Research industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform visual direction
- Manage design workflows and project timelines to deliver quality work on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Proven Art Director experience at a creative agency, design studio, or similar environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and visual problem-solving across projects
- Expertise in art directing across multiple mediums and formats
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional creative teams
- Proficiency with current design tools and software
