Architectural Junior Project Manager

Colliers Engineering & Design is hiring an Architectural Junior Project Manager for our Newport Beach, Orange County office. This full-time role offers a launching pad for your career in architectural project management, where you'll support complex building programs and develop expertise in client relations and design delivery.

About the Role

You'll join our Client Programs team, supporting the coordination and delivery of significant building initiatives for clients across the United States and beyond. Working alongside experienced architects and project leaders, you'll gain practical experience in project administration, client engagement, and design coordination. This position provides real exposure to how major building programs move from conception through completion.

What You'll Do

• Help coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple concurrent assignments
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, ensuring accurate project communication
• Organize and maintain project files, drawings, specifications, and records
• Support architects and engineers in resolving design and coordination issues
• Monitor project milestones and flag potential schedule or budget concerns
• Assist with proposal preparation and project closeout documentation

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management, or equivalent discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Comfort with project management tools and standard office software
