LifeWave is seeking a detail-driven Regulatory Affairs Specialist - EMEA to safeguard product compliance across the region from our office in Draper, Salt Lake County. About the Role

As the EMEA Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will own regulatory activities throughout the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Working on-site in Draper, you will serve as the go-to expert who keeps ingredients, labeling, marketing materials, and product registrations aligned with applicable regional requirements while upholding LifeWave's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory matters across the EMEA region, from ingredient evaluations to final approvals
• Assess product ingredients to confirm they meet regional regulatory expectations
• Review marketing collateral to ensure claims and content remain compliant
• Manage product registrations and coordinate submissions for EMEA markets
• Examine and approve product labels for accuracy and regulatory conformity
• Apply, support, and sustain the company's quality policy in daily operations
• Demonstrate working knowledge of site-level and division-level policies and procedures, ensuring ongoing compliance

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of regulatory affairs principles, ideally with EMEA market exposure
• Familiarity with ingredient review, product registration, and label assessment processes
• Knowledge of quality policies and the discipline to implement and maintain them
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements
• Ability to work on-site in Draper, Salt Lake County in a full-time capacity
