Alliance Sales Executive, Associate Director – SAP (Tax Integration)

EY is hiring an Alliance Sales Executive, Associate Director to lead SAP tax integration sales initiatives from our Palo Alto, Santa Clara County office. This full-time position offers a strategic leadership opportunity at the intersection of partnership development and enterprise software sales.

About the Role

You'll own the sales strategy for SAP-based tax integration solutions, combining direct client engagement with alliance partner channel development. This is a leadership role where you'll set revenue targets, guide sales execution, and expand our footprint in the tax technology market. You'll report to senior leadership and represent EY at the executive level with key prospects and partners.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for SAP tax integration offerings across your region
• Build long-term relationships with alliance partners and co-sell through complementary vendors
• Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue goals
• Identify, pursue, and close enterprise deals in the tax compliance and integration space
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution fit and client success
• Present business cases and technical solutions to C-suite executives and procurement teams
• Create partnership agreements and manage partner performance

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally with SAP, ERP, or tax technology platforms
• Proven success in alliance channel sales and partner management
• Track record leading sales teams through quota attainment
• Deep familiarity with tax compliance requirements, integration workflows, or financial software ecosystems
• Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical buyers
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
