About the Role

As a Summer Intern - Landscape with J DiMarco Builders, you'll spend the season caring for and improving properties across the DiMarco Group and Baldwin Real Estate portfolio. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Henrietta, Monroe County, ideal for anyone who enjoys physical, hands-on work in the outdoors and takes pride in well-kept grounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant and care for flowers, trees, and shrubs to enhance property landscaping
• Install hardscape features, spread mulch, and complete related groundwork
• Mow and maintain lawns and open fields throughout the properties
• Handle light painting tasks, including doors, poles, and similar fixtures
• Clean up vacant spaces, buildings, and grounds to keep properties presentable
• Support the general upkeep of all DiMarco Group and Baldwin Real Estate sites

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• College coursework, a degree, or a certificate is a plus
• Willingness to perform physical, outdoor work in varied summer conditions
• A reliable, detail-oriented approach and a strong work ethic
